We have a vast experience of Teaching Assistant training at all levels from induction to HLTA preparation through modular training. Since 2006 PrimaryWise has managed and delivered the entire Induction training programme for Primary and Secondary Teaching Assistants and School Support Staff for North Yorkshire County Council. Chris Flanagan has successfully rolled out a pilot Induction training programme for School Support Staff in Lincolnshire on behalf of CfBT in early 2008 as well as delivering a number of Induction and HLTA preparatory modules for Teaching Assistants across Lincolnshire. Feedback on the above programmes has been overwhelmingly Good to Excellent from participants. Programmes are based on the TDA Induction materials, supplemented with practical guidance and materials, and are delivered in an interactive style with lots of  opportunity for participant collaboration and sharing of good practice.
